Taxis & Uber
Please note that Ibiza taxis are not the most reliable when it comes to pick up times (if you call to book from your accommodation), although they are absolutely safe to take if you happen to hail one from a taxi rank or from your hotel. All taxis in Ibiza will accept payment by card.

Uber has recently launched in Ibiza, with a few vehicles on the island we suggest using their service with a bit of caution as drivers are not always punctual or able to find certain hotels or airbnbs.
Travel
There is only one airport in Ibiza, conveniently located in the south of the island. If you are traveling from the States, we would highly recommend connecting in either Madrid or Barcelona, as from here you have several options of connecting flights to Ibiza and it’s a short hop over to the island!
From New York you will find direct flights to Madrid with Air Europa, Iberia, British Airways, American Airlines and Virgin Atlantic, and to Barcelona with Vueling, British Airways and American Airlines.

Transport
Once you arrive at Ibiza Airport, you’ll find a taxi rank immediately outside arrivals. If you’ve booked a private driver, most companies arrange for their drivers to meet you just outside baggage claim with a sign displaying your name. We recommend reaching out to your driver ahead of time to ensure a smooth pickup.
We suggest arriving by 3:00 PM on September 12th to allow plenty of time for check-in, relaxation, and getting ready for the evening’s festivities.
We will be providing transport to and from our wedding events, with pick-up and drop-off points at our recommended hotels listed above. If you are staying somewhere other than one of our recommended hotels, please let us know your location when you RSVP. A detailed transport schedule will be shared closer to the wedding date.
